The assistant shares approved product information. It does not confirm live stock or final pricing — your team confirms those with the customer. A new hub does not create traffic on its own; buyers arrive through the channels below.
Step 1
A customer reaches your hub from Clearflow’s directory, your own website, a sales email, a proposal, a trade-show QR code, or an optional campaign.
Step 2
Your public sales assistant answers questions using approved Clearflow product information and your business details.
Step 3
It asks about their application and collects their project details, province or region, and contact information.
Step 4
Their details and inquiry are emailed to your designated sales recipients and recorded for Clearflow program support, so your reps can follow up.

Your hub lives on a subdomain you approve and is linked from Clearflow's distributor directory. Basic search setup is included; ongoing SEO is an optional service.

Request Your Distributor HubCAD amounts are estimates based on the Bank of Canada exchange rate observed October 26, 2026. Your bank or card provider determines the final amount charged and any conversion fees. Applicable taxes are additional.

The allowance resets each billing month and does not roll over.

If the monthly allowance is reached, the assistant pauses until the next reset or an approved top-up, while your product pages, phone contact, and inquiry forms stay available. Additional capacity is available on request, with no automatic overage charges.
Email is the included delivery method. Every submitted inquiry is sent to your designated recipients and also recorded for Clearflow so its team can provide sales support and program reporting.
Possibly. A CRM connection may be added during development if it is compatible and within the agreed scope. It is an option rather than a standard included integration, and it never replaces the included email delivery.
